A Match Made In Colorado Sweet Western Cowboy Romance Colorado Love Laura Fletcher 9781520852027 Books
I completely enjoyed this book from the start; however, as in typical Laura Fletcher fashion, I was left hanging at the end, desperately wanting more and to know what happens next. Was it a true love story? Not completely; but, I was able to see the fear both Jane and Michael had. To be raised in an orphanage, not expecting much happiness to come her way must have been very hard for Jane. How excited she must have been to be hired as a governess! As for Michael, to lose the love of his life, I can only imagine how difficult that was for such a young man. As for Rose, how did she protect all the men around her? There were definite peaks and valleys in this book, and although light-hearted with no violence, I couldn't put the book down. I love all of Laura Fletcher's books and her style, while different from other authors, keep me wanting more and sad to see the book end. This story is no exception. I definitely recommend this book as a must read for all ages.Product details

A Match Made In Colorado Sweet Western Cowboy Romance Colorado Love Laura Fletcher 9781520852027 Books Reviews
This was an enjoyable story. This copy given in exchange for an honest review.
A enjoyable read. Felt the emmotions of Jane, Michael and Jane. Wanted more to read to what happens next even with the HEA. I would recommend it.
I thoroughly enjoyed this even though it isn't my usual genre. It is a clean romance with great characters, romance and some intrigue. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy and highly recommend it to lovers of this genre.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. This is a sweet western romance. Jane ages out of the orphanage in the east and decides to accept a job as governess on a ranch in the west. As soon as she arrives she is admonished to keep away from the cowboys by Rose and her employer. But she does look. Michael is the foreman and he is good looking, but he lost the love of his life at a young age so he's not looking for love. Jane finds herself falling for Michael but because of her upbringing she doesn't expect much. The ending is not really resolved, but it's a nice story
I'll be honest, not my favorite books by Laura Fletcher.
Jane ages out of the orphanage. She gets a job as a governess but for most of the book she doesn't work as a governess.
To me the stuff she did and got in trouble for wasn't very realistic I'm sure it was amusing for some people but I just thought it got kind a ridiculous. Her feelings seem wishy-washy she was all hot and bothered over Michael and then I'll send her attention turn to another cowboy and she fell in love. And that the end he left her so I don't know cheesy story.
I don't think I would recommend this romance book.
This is the first book I read by Laura Fletcher that I didn't really care for.
I voluntarily reviewed a courtesy copy
Jane begins an adventure out west to work as a governess. She is glad to move from the orphanage that she was raised in and hopes the west is all she has dreamed of.
Once at the ranch, she is instantly told to change and get to work immediately by Rose. Rose also warns here to stay away from the cowboys and her employer does as well.
Jane has to fall back on her bible teachings and her faith. But those cowboys sure do look good, especially the foreman, Michael. But Michael is still hurting from his past. Jane finds herself falling in love with him.
What's a girl with strong "Christian credentials" to do?
Loved this short country romance and can't wait to read more!
I love a cowboy romance but this one left me wanting more.
Jane is an orphan living in Boston when she is given the opportunity for a governess job in Colorado. She wants to have an adventure like in the novels that she loves so she decides to take the job. When she arrives she is told that she needs to stick to her job and stay away from the cowboys on the ranch. She tries to do just that but finds is more and more difficult as she gets to know Michael, the foreman on the ranch. Michael shows no signs of interest in Jane at first but as time goes on that seems to change.
This book leaves you with more questions than answers. The story is great but the characters are very underdeveloped and it almost seems forced in some parts.
Overall I give this book 2 out of 5 stars.
