The content of this book is straight forward and no-nonsense. The book is short but full of ideas on how to approach weight loss and muscle mass increases. It feels like picking the brain of a personal trainer, which ultimately that is what the book intends. It is not a biochemical thesis or an elaborate diet with products to buy. I think it is useful, needed and great for the person who wants the information but doesn't have a lot of time to read a long elaborate book.The reason I gave the book 4 stars and not 5 is that this book needs a professional editor. Someone who will correct typos, grammatical mistakes and the like. Some readers will find the mistakes difficult and will not be able to enjoy the content of the book. I imagined the trainer had a charming accent and it didn't bother me. Just be aware.

While I agree with his approach to weight loss, I think he should have removed his edits, from the book. It's o.k. to edit, in fact the readers will appreciate it. Do so, and then remove them from the book, before publishing the book. The more you look like you know what you are talking about, the more people will respond to what you are saying.

Learned some interesting things.
This is actually a really good read. Sure I have seen most of it before but this is straight forward and to to point. Like a "HEY YOU CAN DO IT" handbook for getting your head right so that you can lose those extra pounds. My turn!
